Services and quotes

Work we do for you is governed by a written quote or agreement we send before work starts. That document controls scope, fees, timelines and deliverables. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of placement in any AI answer or search result.

No guarantees of rankings or mentions

Answer engines change their outputs. We measure appearance rates over time; we do not promise a specific position, mention count or revenue outcome.

Your content and access

You keep ownership of your business materials. You grant us the access and licenses we need to do the work you hired us for. You're responsible for the accuracy of facts you provide (licenses, service areas, claims).

Payment

Payment terms are in your quote. Late invoices may pause work until paid.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the site or our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is in El Paso County, Colorado, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
